A professional step by step approach for all your removal needs
Trust us to carry out your removal with care and attention. Regardless of the size of move or location, we’ll handle everything to ensure your move is performed diligently and with mimimum stress.
We will conduct an initial survey of your property to assess the most efficient approach for your move. During this evaluation, we will determine the optimal loading order, identify items requiring special packaging, and assess those that may need disassembly prior to transport.
Your removal fees will be calculated based on the travel distance to your new location and the manpower necessary to complete the move within the desired timeframe. We will also confirm any access restrictions at both your current and new properties.
We recommend having all non-essential items packed and ready at least two days before the move. This helps to avoid last-minute stress and allows us to organize everything efficiently for the moving day.
Upon arrival at your new property, our team will carefully unpack your belongings and place them in the desired locations in each room. Your appointed move supervisor will be available throughout the day to assist with any questions or provide guidance before the move.

Great job
Great service. Had a house I needed clearing. Met me at the property at agreed time to quote. I accepted the quote and they were able to go ahead quickly which was great. The boys turned up on time and finished much quicker than I’d assumed. Proper walk round after, and an amazing job. Great communication throughout. A great job and I’d highly recommend.
The best moving service
Have used this company back in 2019. Had another move so i booked them again! Honestly this company is amazing! I have done many house moves and they take exceptional care with expensive items! They put all the bed up and even helped with putting a table together. Wouldn’t recommend them enough! Thank you!

Stress-Free & Professional Removals
RJB have made one of the most stressful short notice moves as stress-free as possible, going above and beyond to make it happen. We wouldn't have been able to do it without them and our chain would have fell through. They were all very professional and friendly, and took care of all of our belongings so that they arrived to our new home safely. Anything else they saw to do they just did as well. Quick and damage free. I would definitely recommend their services.
Shed and garden clearance
I've recently used Bates Home Solutions for a shed and garden clearance that has been spread over 4 weeks with numerous pick ups. Reece has been easy to get hold of, even at weekends, and his team have been both punctual and friendly. Site left spotless every time. Would definitely recommend to anybody reading this.

Packing Service
We provide a comprehensive packing service designed to eliminate the stress and physical demands of moving. Typically, our team packs your home the day before the move, though we can accommodate any specific needs or timelines.
Our skilled team will pack your entire property, disassemble and reassemble furniture, carefully wrap pictures and fragile items, and ensure everything is ready for moving day. You won’t have to lift a finger.
We will, of course, leave essential items such as beds, TVs, and other necessities for the evening before the move. All packing materials, including bubble wrap, paper, tape, boxes, and wardrobe cartons for clothing, are supplied by us and included in the price.
Self Packing Advice
We recommend that all electrical items be unplugged and packed away prior to moving day. Fragile goods should be secured using foam and bubble wrap to ensure their protection.
When packing, place heavier items at the bottom of boxes and lighter items on top to minimize the risk of breakage. Using packing paper and polystyrene/styrofoam is also highly effective in safeguarding your valuables.
Ensure each box is clearly labeled with its corresponding room. Labels should be large, clear, and easy to read, allowing our team to efficiently place each box in the correct room without confusion.
Avoid overpacking boxes, as this increases the likelihood of breakages and makes handling more difficult for our porters.
