Case Study Harpenden
We were engaged by a local construction firm to manage a full demolition project in Harpenden. Our work began with a comprehensive strip-out of the property, leaving only the structural walls intact. This involved removing all kitchens, bathrooms, plasterboard ceilings, and floor coverings.
Next, we tackled the roof, systematically stripping off all tiles before dismantling the entire timber structure. Once only the brick walls remained, they were demolished and cleared using heavy machinery.
All waste materials were efficiently removed with caged tippers and grab lorries, which we arranged and managed to ensure seamless disposal. The final result was striking, giving the property a distinctive appearance reminiscent of a Spanish villa. This was a highly rewarding project from start to finish.
Case Study Hoddesdon
We were brought in by a local property developer to manage the strip-out phase of a large refurbishment project on a Victorian house in Hoddesdon. As a probate property, the house was filled with furniture and personal possessions. Our clearance team began by thoroughly clearing the entire property.
